Growth & Marketing Lead

About the role

We are hiring our first dedicated Growth/Marketing hire – a hands‑on operator who will both execute details and build out the function as we scale. You will own our inbound experimentation engine, customer marketing, content presence, communications and events, shaping how SolveAI appears in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Own inbound experimentation engine, running fast‑moving test‑and‑learn campaigns across formats to drive inbound leads.
• Manage web presence and discoverability, including SEO and ensuring SolveAI surfaces in enterprise AI searches.
• Develop customer marketing assets such as case studies, testimonials, and advocacy programmes to turn happy customers into sales assets.
• Create and distribute content, thought leadership, and ghost‑written pieces to shape external voice.
• Design and execute events, from conference selection to high‑intent dinners, roundtables and workshops, with clear ROI criteria.
• Build measurement and operations layer, implementing attribution, CRM hygiene and reporting to drive data‑based pipeline decisions.

Required profile

• Several years of hands‑on B2B/enterprise SaaS growth or marketing experience.
• Proven track record of running inbound campaigns with a bias toward speed and iteration.
• Strong writing ability, comfortable creating original content and ghost‑writing for executives.
• Commercial mindset with understanding of enterprise sales cycles and how marketing contributes to pipeline.
• Builder mentality, ready to own the function today and develop playbooks, tools and a future team.
• High‑ownership, comfortable with ambiguity and fast‑paced environments.
