Growth Marketing Manager (Website & Conversion Optimisation)

About the role

Huzzle is recruiting a Growth Marketing Manager (website and growth focus) for its client, a fast-growing, digitally focused business that improves online performance and customer experience. The client prioritises data-driven decisions, website performance, user experience and conversion growth. The role is highly execution-focused, suits a technically skilled marketer who works closely with developers, and is fully remote with EST hours.

Key responsibilities

• Optimise website performance across UX, user journeys and conversion funnels
• Analyse user behaviour with analytics tools to find growth opportunities
• Develop and run conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies
• Execute and improve technical SEO to boost visibility and rankings
• Work closely with developers to implement website improvements
• Identify bottlenecks in the customer journey and keep performance improving
• Track, analyse and report key website and marketing metrics

Required profile

• Proven experience in website optimisation, UX and CRO
• Strong understanding of technical SEO best practices
• Experience working closely with web developers on implementation
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Highly task-oriented, excellent communication and collaboration skills, coachable and adaptable

Required skills

• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
• Nice to have: Webflow and Airtable
