GTM Talent Partner

About the role

As our next GTM Talent Partner, you'll play a key role in helping us build the UK's go-to home improvement marketplace. This role sits at the heart of our People team, owning end‑to‑end hiring across our entire commercial engine – sales, account management, consumer, marketing, CRM, and everything in between.

Key responsibilities

• Run full‑cycle recruitment across all GTM and commercial functions, managing multiple searches simultaneously.
• Build and maintain pipelines of exceptional passive talent before roles open, staying three steps ahead of business needs.
• Develop trusted partnerships with senior commercial leaders, challenging briefs and keeping processes moving under pressure.
• Introduce structure and rigour to hiring, running tight kick‑offs, setting clear expectations and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• Leverage AI and modern recruiting tools to source smarter, screen sharper and accelerate hiring.
• Collaborate as a full member of the People team, working with People Partners, HR and the wider TA team to deliver a seamless candidate experience.

Required profile

• Solid background in in‑house recruitment within a tech or high‑growth company.
• Proven experience hiring across commercial and GTM functions such as sales, CRM, account management and ops.
• Confidence managing complex, senior stakeholders, able to push back on briefs while maintaining relationships.
• Hands‑on approach to AI and modern recruiting tools, constantly experimenting to improve speed and quality.
