Guest Services Host

About the role

Wilde is looking for a Guest Services Host to work across public areas, lobby, reception and restaurant & bar spaces. You will thrive in a high‑paced, evolving environment, delivering warm and memorable service to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a smile and ensure they feel at home.
• Maintain a fun, fresh and fast‑paced atmosphere in the lobby, bar and host stand.
• Adjust lighting, music volume and keep all areas pristine to create the right mood.
• Serve drinks and assist with basic bar duties when needed.
• Handle opening, swing and closing shifts, ensuring seamless operations.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver consistent, high‑quality service.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a similar hospitality role is helpful, but full training will be provided.
