Gymnastics Coach – Flexible Hours

About the role

GLL is seeking enthusiastic Gymnastics Coaches to join the team at Botwell Green Sports and Leisure Centre in Hayes. You will lead and develop gymnastics sessions for a range of ages and abilities, contributing to the legacy of the 2012 Olympic Games and the growing popularity of our programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, clean and set up the gymnastics area and equipment.
• Deliver high‑quality, safe and progressive gymnastics lessons across artistic, rhythmic, trampoline and acrobatic disciplines.
• Provide first‑class customer service, answer queries and give parental feedback.
• Complete registers, assessments and use GLL iPads for participant tracking.
• Assist with warm‑ups, cool‑downs and the award‑scheme assessment process.

Required profile

• Positive, can‑do attitude with a strong focus on customer service.
• Team player who can think on their feet and adapt lessons creatively.
• Qualified at Level 1, 2 or 3 in gymnastics (training available for aspiring coaches).
• Knowledge of health and safety standards.

Required skills

• Ability to safely set up and maintain gymnastics equipment.
• Competence in delivering structured, progressive lesson plans.
