Handyperson – CSCS Qualified – Temporary (3 months)

About the role
Randstad is seeking a reliable, CSCS‑qualified Handyperson to join residential projects in Broadstairs. This temporary role runs for an initial three‑month period with the possibility of extension.
Key responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and groundwork on residential sites.
- Install products and equipment as required.
- Carry out basic painting, decorating and cleaning tasks.
- Respond promptly to service requests in a professional manner.
- Repair plumbing systems and conduct assessments to identify problems.
Required profile
- Valid CSCS card.
- Own tools and ability to perform multi‑skilled general maintenance.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards.
- Full UK driving licence preferred (not essential).
