Haulage Planner

About the role

The Haulage Planner will coordinate daily transport and freight operations across the United Kingdom. Working remotely, you will ensure efficient routing, load allocation, and seamless communication between drivers and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily UK transport and freight operations.
• Plan optimal routes and assign loads to drivers.
• Manage bookings using Haulage Exchange or similar platforms.
• Communicate regularly with drivers and UK‑based clients.
• Monitor deliveries, resolve operational issues, and maintain transport records.
• Update Transport Management System (TMS) with accurate data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Up to 5 years of relevant experience in UK transport operations.
• Familiarity with Haulage Exchange or comparable freight platforms.
• Strong English communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a stable internet connection.
