Head of Compensation & Benefits – Global Reward Leader

About the role

The Head of Compensation & Benefits will lead the global reward function for a fast‑growing technology company operating in more than 40 countries. Reporting to senior leadership, this role will shape executive pay, equity programmes and benefit strategies as the business prepares for an IPO.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a global compensation strategy, including benchmarking and market analysis.
• Lead equity programme design, allocation and governance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Oversee benefit renewals and optimisation for international markets.
• Manage reward processes, analytics, reporting and cyclical review cycles.
• Partner with external advisors such as Deloitte on IPO‑readiness and governance matters.
• Drive recognition programmes and support senior stakeholder engagement.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading reward functions in international, high‑growth organisations.
• Strong expertise in compensation, benefits, executive remuneration and equity.
• Ability to operate strategically while delivering hands‑on solutions.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior leaders.
• Background in technology, fintech, payments or crypto sectors is a plus.
