Head of Finance Consulting

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Finance Consulting to lead our finance consulting services for a large public sector organisation. The role is hybrid, with three days on‑site in London and the remainder remote, offering a competitive salary and benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement consulting services that improve operational efficiency within corporate functions.
• Collaborate with clients to identify operational challenges and opportunities.
• Lead and manage a team of consultants, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure consulting relevance and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance or a related field.
• Proven experience working in a consultancy with a successful track record.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience within the NHS is essential.
• Willingness to travel across the UK (travel expenses reimbursed).

What we offer

• Salary up to £110,000 per annum plus bonus, benefits and car allowance.
• Hybrid working model – three days on‑site, two days remote.
