Head of Housing & Customer Success

About the role

Informed Recruitment is partnering with a social enterprise to lead the expansion of its member services platform. As Head of Housing & Customer Success you will drive growth by attracting new customers to a consortium that delivers procurement solutions across asset management, property services, construction, building safety and development.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new members across the West Midlands for the consortium’s procurement offering.
• Market the suite of products and services, highlighting economies of scale, preferential offers and rapid access to vetted suppliers.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with social housing organisations, property asset managers and construction firms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery meets compliance and building‑safety standards.
• Lead a customer‑success function that supports members throughout their procurement journey.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social housing, property asset management, construction, building safety or related sectors.
• Demonstrated success in business development, account management or customer‑success roles.
• Ability to work consultatively and build lasting relationships with public‑sector and private‑sector stakeholders.
• Experience with procurement frameworks or consortium models is desirable.
