Head of Learning & Development (Global)

About the role

Datatonic is seeking a visionary Head of Learning & Development to lead its global learning ecosystem, driving internal technical excellence and commercialising training services for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a global strategy for Google Cloud certifications and AI/Generative AI curricula across technical and non‑technical teams.
• Commercialise internal training programs, supporting the Datatonic Academy and acting as a bridge to the Google Cloud Authorised Training Partner offering.
• Own the strategy and delivery of hackathons, tech‑jams, incentive programmes and content creation to foster a vibrant learning culture.
• Scale early‑career programmes such as apprenticeships, graduate schemes and returner initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years progressive leadership in Learning & Development, preferably within a technology consultancy or digital transformation agency.
• Proven commercial acumen in running L&D as a business unit and commercialising training products.
• Strong understanding of Google Cloud and current AI/Generative AI landscape.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing C‑suite executives and consulting B2B clients.
