Head of Strategic Partnerships – £80k‑£110k – Caribbean

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Strategic Partnerships to lead our Caribbean market cluster. Based in London, you will own full P&L responsibility and drive growth through partnerships, pricing, promotions and local market strategies while travelling extensively across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of Caribbean country markets, delivering revenue and margin targets.
• Own the P&L for the region, setting pricing, promotional and partnership strategies.
• Identify, negotiate and manage strategic partnerships to expand market reach.
• Develop and execute go‑to‑market plans tailored to each local market.
• Collaborate with central teams and regional partners to launch new markets and deepen penetration.
• Monitor market performance, adjust tactics and report results to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven commercial leadership with full P&L accountability.
• Strong partnership and negotiation experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of driving growth.
• Experience in fintech, ecommerce, telecoms or digital consumer services preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute go‑to‑market strategies for the Caribbean region.
