Head of Strategic Projects, Operations and AI Communications

About the role

The Head of Strategic Projects, Operations and AI Communications will lead internal communications that embed GSK’s enterprise priorities, support strategic initiatives and drive AI transformation across the CGA function. Reporting to the VP of Internal Communication and Global Functions, you will guide a small team and partner closely with business and technology leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of communications and AI professionals, fostering a collaborative culture and providing clear direction.
• Own the AI transformation plan for the CGA function, defining focus areas, use cases and capability‑building programmes.
• Partner with senior business and technology leaders to ensure appropriate strategies, tools and support, acting as an AI champion.
• Develop and deliver compelling communications plans that embed enterprise priorities and build confidence across the organisation.
• Provide communications planning and support for strategic projects across the enterprise.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in internal communications and strategic project leadership.
• Strong influencing and coaching skills with senior leaders.
• Excellent business understanding and ability to drive behaviour change.
• Proven leadership capability and a collaborative mindset.
