Health and Safety Trainer

About the role
The Health and Safety Trainer will deliver classroom and online training to promote a safer working environment and strengthen the organisation's safety culture. You will also create new course material and refresh existing content as part of the Health and Safety Team.
Key responsibilities
- Design, deliver and evaluate health and safety training sessions for staff.
- Develop new training modules and update existing course material.
- Provide expert advice to support a proactive safety culture.
- Collaborate with the Health and Safety Team to align training with organisational policies.
- Maintain training records and report on learning outcomes.
Required profile
- Relevant qualifications or experience in health and safety training.
- Strong communication skills for both classroom and virtual environments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt training to diverse audiences.
Required skills
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practices.
- Experience with e‑learning platforms and classroom delivery.
