Health & Safety Trainer (IOSH Member)

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Trainer who is a member of IOSH to deliver a range of courses for a well‑established training provider. The role involves both in‑person and online teaching, primarily covering NEBOSH and IOSH qualifications, with regular travel across the West Midlands.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver NEBOSH, IOSH and other health and safety courses to learners on site and via virtual platforms.
- Prepare course materials, assessments and feedback in line with accreditation standards.
- Travel to client locations in Birmingham, Coventry, Wolverhampton, Walsall and surrounding areas as required.
- Participate in funded training programmes to gain additional qualifications.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress and certification.
Required profile
- Current membership of IOSH.
- Proven experience delivering health and safety training, preferably NEBOSH and IOSH courses.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage learners both face‑to‑face and online.
