About the role

Join a growing audiology team in Chippenham, delivering professional and confidential hearing care to a loyal patient base. You will work within established SOPs and adhere to HCPC and BSA testing guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct audiological assessments and hearing aid fittings.
• Provide patient consultations, diagnose hearing loss, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with governance standards.
• Lead by example, promoting new hearing solutions and best practices.
• Plan and prioritise workload to meet deadlines and service targets.

Required profile

• Audiology degree or Foundation Degree in Hearing Aid Audiology.
• Ideally HCPC registered.
• Excellent communication and active listening abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Commitment to clinical governance and ethical practice.
