HGV Driver – Waste Collection (Full‑Time Temp)

About the role
We are seeking an HGV Driver to join our waste collection team in Buckinghamshire. The role is full‑time (37 hours per week) on a temporary ongoing contract, offering a rate of £16.97 per hour PAYE.
Key responsibilities
- Operate a heavy‑goods vehicle to collect domestic and commercial waste safely and efficiently.
- Lead a crew of loaders, ensuring they follow safe working practices.
- Maintain punctuality and route adherence while delivering excellent customer service.
- Identify and suggest improvements to increase productivity and profitability.
Required profile
- Available to work Monday‑Friday, 37 hours per week.
