High Net Worth Mortgage Broker – Remote with London office

About the role

We are seeking an experienced High Net Worth Mortgage Broker to join a specialist lending business. The position is primarily home‑based with two days per week in our West End office, offering a competitive basic salary of £50,000 plus OTE up to £100,000.

Key responsibilities

• Advise high‑value clients on specialist lending products such as high net worth mortgages, bridging finance, development finance, commercial mortgages and equity release.
• Generate new business and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate closely with an internal paraplanner who handles administrative and documentation tasks.
• Utilise high‑quality lead support to maximise sales opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of mortgage broking experience.
• CeMAP qualified or equivalent.
• Experience within the specialist lending market.
• Background from a directly authorised or network proposition is considered.
• Strong communication and client‑facing abilities.
• Motivated, dynamic and commercially minded.
