Hospitality Architect – London

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our growing hospitality practice in London. You will work on large‑scale hotel and resort projects, guiding them from concept through to construction while collaborating with a highly skilled, award‑winning studio.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate large‑scale hospitality projects through RIBA Work Stages 4 onward, focusing on technical design and delivery.
- Develop and oversee detailed technical packages, construction drawings and coordinated Revit models.
- Manage multidisciplinary consultant teams to ensure efficient delivery and programme compliance.
- Collaborate with clients, operators, contractors and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, hospitality brand standards and industry best practice.
- Support the delivery of high‑quality hotel, resort and mixed‑use schemes from design development to construction.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Contribute to design reviews, quality assurance processes and project delivery strategies.
Required profile
- ARB‑registered Architect with experience in a UK practice.
- Strong technical design and delivery experience across multiple RIBA stages (Stage 4+).
- Proven ability to manage consultant teams and coordinate project information.
- Confident client‑facing and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational abilities and a proactive, collaborative approach.
Required skills
- Proficient use of Revit for detailed technical packages and model coordination.
- Construction detailing and technical coordination.
- Project delivery across RIBA stages.
