Hospitality Assistant (Part-time)

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Hospitality Assistant to be the face of CH&CO. Working 32 hours per week on a part‑time basis, you will join a proud team that values food, brand, and especially its people.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ensure they leave delighted.
• Serve customers, providing a seamless and personalised experience.
• Know the menu thoroughly and make confident recommendations.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I positively and uphold the brand image.
• Follow food handling, hygiene and health‑and‑safety standards.
