Housekeeper – Airport Executive Lounge

About the role

Join the Aspire Executive Lounges team at Manchester Airport as a Housekeeper. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for thousands of travellers each day, ensuring the lounge meets the highest standards of hygiene and comfort.

Key responsibilities

• Keep the lounge areas tidy and presentable for guests.
• Maintain clean and hygienic washroom facilities, restocking supplies as needed.
• Dispose of waste responsibly, following recycling procedures and using on‑site skips and compactors.
• Re‑arrange furniture and amenities according to the prescribed layout.
• Handle cleaning fluids safely in line with COSHH regulations.
• Monitor and replenish stock levels of cleaning products and equipment.
• Support the Chef and Team Leader in applying the Food Safety Management System.
• Carry out any reasonable requests from the Team Leader or local leadership.

Required profile

• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitisation products, techniques and methods.
• Experience operating cleaning equipment.
• Physical stamina and ability to kneel, bend and reach repeatedly.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work shifts between 03:30 and 21:00, seven days a week.
