Housekeeper (Nursery Setting)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeper to join our West London nursery schools. Working 8 am to 5 pm, Monday‑Friday, you will help maintain a clean, safe and nurturing environment for children and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and tidying tasks to keep the setting spotless.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene throughout all rooms and facilities.
• Support a safe and nurturing atmosphere for children to learn and grow.
• Collaborate with teaching and support staff to meet individual children’s needs.
• Follow health‑and‑safety, HSE and COSHH guidelines at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a cleaner or housekeeper, preferably in an educational setting.
• Knowledge of HSE, COSHH and safeguarding regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Patience, empathy and a genuine love for working with children.
