About the role

Join the renowned Jumeirah Carlton Tower in the heart of Knightsbridge as a Housekeeping Attendant. You will be responsible for maintaining the impeccable standards of a 5‑star luxury property, ensuring every guest enjoys a pristine environment.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest bedrooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas to the hotel’s high standards.
• Handle refurbishment tasks, including cleaning walls, doors, fixtures, and fittings.
• Report any complaints, accidents, equipment issues, maintenance faults, safety hazards, or suspicious activity to the supervisor or duty manager immediately.
• Adapt to flexible duties, including redeployment to other departments when required to meet business demands.
• Attend training sessions and meetings as scheduled.
• Support the department in maximizing productivity.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a 5‑star luxury hotel, preferably in London.
• Team‑player attitude with a collaborative approach to maintaining hotel cleanliness.
• Professional interaction with guests and colleagues, contributing positively to the hotel atmosphere.
• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Porter is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure immaculate presentation of rooms and public areas.
