Housekeeping Intern

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is looking for a motivated Housekeeping Intern to join its housekeeping team. This internship provides hands‑on experience in a luxury hotel environment, allowing you to learn the standards and procedures that ensure immaculate guest spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Support the housekeeping team in maintaining guest rooms, corridors and public areas to the highest cleanliness standards.
• Assist with daily room servicing tasks such as bed making, bathroom cleaning and restocking amenities.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items or guest requests promptly and accurately.
• Help with linen handling, supplies management and trolley organization.
• Work alongside supervisors and other operational teams to understand hotel performance processes.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and guest‑focused attitude.
• Strong interest in hospitality and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills and physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks.
