Housing Officer – Anti‑Social Behaviour

About the role

We are looking for an Anti‑Social Behaviour (ASB) Housing Officer to join the Resident Services Team. The role involves investigating ASB complaints, supporting residents and working with partners to maintain safe, harmonious communities.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and manage ASB complaints in line with policies and procedures.
• Liaise with residents, local authorities and external agencies to resolve issues.
• Conduct regular estate inspections to identify potential ASB hotspots.
• Maintain accurate records of ASB cases and actions taken.
• Provide support and guidance to residents affected by ASB.

Required profile

• Minimum two years’ experience in social housing or a related field.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Knowledge of the Policing and Crime Act 2017 and the Anti‑social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.
• Degree or housing qualification (e.g., CIH) is desirable but not essential.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Open Housing management system.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.

What we offer

• Grade 6 salary range £38,058 – £41,442 per annum.
