HR Business Partner – People Partner Role

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner, known internally as a People Partner, to join our mission‑led organisation. You will work closely with managers to build inclusive, high‑performing teams through practical advice, coaching and employee‑relations support.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers to strengthen leadership capability and support effective people decisions.
• Provide balanced advice on absence, performance, conduct, grievances, capability and organisational change.
• Coach leaders across the employee lifecycle and address issues early to prevent escalation.
• Support organisational change initiatives in line with company values and culture.
• Assist in attracting, recruiting and retaining diverse, high‑performing talent.
• Ensure recruitment processes are equitable, efficient and aligned with organisational values.
• Contribute to policy, process and people‑strategy improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, People Partner, Senior HR Advisor or similar role.
• Strong background in employee relations, talent management and recruitment.
• Ability to provide pragmatic, balanced advice to managers.
• Experience working in a hybrid or office‑based environment.
