HR (Onboarding) Administrator – Temporary

About the role

We are looking for an organised HR (Onboarding) Administrator to support our central HR Operations team on a temporary basis until November. The role will ensure new hires at the Head Office experience a smooth, compliant onboarding process and are ready to start on day one.

Key responsibilities

• Manage pre‑employment checks and maintain safer recruitment compliance.
• Administer contracts and set up payroll for new starters.
• Coordinate all onboarding requirements to guarantee timely start dates.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and new employees, providing guidance and support.
• Maintain accurate HR records and update the Single Central Record.
• Support induction sessions and respond to onboarding queries from academies.
• Contribute to HR projects and process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in HR, recruitment or onboarding administration.
• Strong organisational abilities and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Knowledge of safer recruitment and pre‑employment screening processes.
• Proactive, customer‑focused attitude with the ability to handle confidential information.
