HSE Management Services for SURF Package

About the role

The SURF – HSE Management Services role supports the SURF Package Manager in implementing the Project HSE Management System, ensuring personnel protection, environmental respect, and asset safeguarding throughout the EPCI phase.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all Health, Safety, Security, Societal and Environmental activities for the SURF package, ensuring compliance with client, TEEPNA, and international standards.
• Implement and promote the HSE Management System, set H3SE objectives, and monitor performance across the SURF contractor and subcontractors.
• Conduct safety audits, incident investigations, and provide recommendations to project and package teams.
• Collect, analyse, and report H3SE performance statistics, KPIs, and lessons learned.

Required profile

• 10‑20 years of professional experience on EPCI projects, with at least 10 years in a similar HSE position.
• Engineering degree or equivalent, fluent English, and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
