HSEQ Manager

About the role

An experienced HSEQ professional is needed to join a well‑established engineering contractor. You will own Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental compliance and drive continuous improvement across a diverse portfolio of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve the Integrated Management System (IMS) to meet ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Plan, conduct and report internal audits ensuring ongoing compliance.
• Produce, review and maintain RAMS documentation and carry out site safety inspections.
• Coordinate staff training requirements and promote continual improvement initiatives.
• Liaise with clients, engineers and site teams on HSEQ matters.

Required profile

• Proven experience in site‑based health & safety within a technical/engineering environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Experience producing RAMS and conducting internal audits.
• Ideally holds a recognised H&S qualification.
• Commutable to Tonbridge and willing to travel as required.
