HSQE Manager – Health, Safety, Quality & Environment

About the role

The HSQE Manager will lead health, safety, quality and environmental compliance for a multi‑site facilities management portfolio in Wokingham. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will maintain high standards while driving continuous improvement across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver health & safety, environmental and quality training.
• Maintain CHAS accreditation and support ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 certifications.
• Investigate accidents, implement preventative measures and review risk assessments.
• Develop policies, procedures and compliance documentation.
• Lead toolbox talks and promote a positive safety culture.
• Attend customer sites and company meetings across the region.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the cleaning or facilities management sector.
• IOSH qualification or equivalent health & safety certification.
• Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation, COSHH and compliance processes.
• Experience managing ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and CHAS accreditations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
