Human Resources Specialist

About the role

CGTN Europe Ltd. is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join its HR team in West London. Reporting to the HR Senior Manager, you will handle day‑to‑day HR operations and help embed a high‑performance culture across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and administer HR policies, procedures and management guidelines.
• Provide guidance on HR policy interpretation and support employee relations.
• Organise recruitment, onboarding and new‑hire orientation processes.
• Manage salary administration, performance appraisal systems and related data analysis.
• Oversee freelancer guidelines and ensure compliance.
• Design and expand training and development programmes based on company needs.
• Maintain and manage the People HR system.
• Participate in HR procurement procedures and other related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ability to mitigate risk.
• Responsible, conscientious, patient and able to thrive under pressure.
• Excellent teamwork, communication and multitasking abilities.
