Hybrid Senior Driving Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Driving Recruitment Consultant to lead and grow our dedicated driving desk in Luton. The role combines full‑cycle recruitment, business development and account management, all within a hybrid working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for driving candidates, from sourcing to placement.
• Develop new client relationships and expand the existing portfolio of transport and logistics companies.
• Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified drivers to meet client demand.
• Negotiate rates and contracts, ensuring profitable placements and high client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the wider recruitment team to share best practices and achieve collective targets.

Required profile

• Proven 360‑recruitment experience within the driving or transport sector.
• Strong business development and account management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a temporary recruitment desk.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
