Hybrid Senior Industrial Recruitment Consultant

About the role

Newstaff Employment is seeking an experienced Senior Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join its Luton office on a hybrid basis. You will own an industrial desk, driving end‑to‑end recruitment cycles and contributing to the desk’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process for industrial clients, from business development to placement.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing industrial accounts.
• Oversee temporary recruitment desks, ensuring timely delivery of candidates.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive candidate sourcing and client engagement.

Required profile

• Proven 360 recruitment experience within industrial sectors.
• Strong business development and sales track record.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Basic salary of £27,000‑£31,500 per year.
