IFA Administrator – Wealth Management (Hybrid)

About the role

The firm is a well‑established wealth management practice looking for an IFA Administrator to join its client support team. This full‑time, hybrid position is ideal for someone with a background in financial services administration who thrives in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners.
• Process new business applications across pensions, investments and protection products.
• Liaise with product providers and third‑party services to progress client cases.
• Prepare client documentation, review packs and maintain accurate records in back‑office systems such as Intelliflo.
• Manage client correspondence, queries and follow‑ups, ensuring timely responses.
• Ensure all administrative work complies with FCA regulations and internal compliance standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience working in an IFA or wealth‑management environment.
• Strong organisational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Professional, client‑focused communication style.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
• Proven understanding of FCA and compliance requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using Intelliflo or similar wealth‑management back‑office systems.
