In-House Tax Accountant (Stevenage)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Tax Accountant to join our growing in‑house finance team in Stevenage. This permanent position offers the chance to develop your corporate tax expertise while working on a variety of compliance, advisory and strategic projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit all UK Corporation Tax returns.
• Review and ensure accuracy of VAT compliance.
• Implement and maintain transfer pricing strategies.
• Provide tax advice on enquiries, M&A activity and other business initiatives.

Required profile

• Professional qualification in tax or accountancy (e.g., CTA, ACA, ACCA).
• Solid background in tax compliance and accounting.
• Organised, collaborative and proactive in taking initiative.

Required skills

• UK Corporation Tax compliance.
• VAT compliance.
• Transfer pricing knowledge.
