Corporate Banking Graduate Programme – Crown Dependencies

About the role

This two‑year Corporate Banking Graduate Programme is based in the Crown Dependencies – Jersey, Guernsey or the Isle of Man – and offers a fast‑track entry into corporate banking. You will rotate across four placements, gaining hands‑on experience in client relationship management, product design, risk and portfolio analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior bankers in high‑stakes client meetings and build stakeholder relationships.
• Prepare client‑facing presentations and strategic review packs.
• Analyse client portfolios, performance data and financial queries.
• Contribute to risk assessments and help shape growth strategies.
• Produce visual management reports for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Eligible to live and work in Jersey, Guernsey or the Isle of Man without sponsorship.
• On track to graduate with a degree in any discipline by programme start.
• Motivation to pursue a professional finance qualification (e.g., Global Credit Certification).
