About the role
This part‑time hybrid position is based in Poole and supports Canford Financial Services’ property financing operations. The Case Manager will coordinate client cases from documentation preparation through to completion, ensuring smooth communication between lenders, solicitors and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Liaise with lenders, solicitors and clients to progress property finance cases.
- Prepare, review and manage client documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Maintain up‑to‑date case records and provide regular progress updates to all stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal and external parties to achieve timely case resolution.
Required profile
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Excellent client communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Basic understanding of property finance or a willingness to learn.
- Administrative competence in data entry, record‑keeping and compliance tasks.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaboratively in the office.
- Previous experience in financial services, real estate or mortgage sectors is advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Competence in standard office software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
