Independent School Teacher – Primary (KS2)

About the role

The school is seeking an Independent School Teacher to join its small, supportive team from September 2026. You will teach KS2 pupils (ages 7‑11) in a bilingual French‑English environment, delivering high‑quality lessons that inspire enthusiasm for learning.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and continuously update engaging English curriculum lessons for classes of up to 15 pupils.
• Create a supportive classroom atmosphere where pupils feel valued and motivated.
• Prepare students for Common Entrance examinations and support their transition to selective independent schools.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance extracurricular activities and pastoral care.

Required profile

• Qualified with a Bachelor of Education or PGCE.
• Relevant teaching experience in a primary or preparatory setting.
• QTS is desirable but not mandatory.
