About the role

Shorterm Group is seeking qualified electricians for a four‑week project at the Atomic Weapons Establishment in Aldermaston, Berkshire. The role is full‑time (40 hours per week) with competitive hourly rates and overtime premiums.

Key responsibilities

Perform general industrial electrical duties on site.
Install, maintain and repair electrical systems in accordance with JIB standards.
Diagnose and resolve electrical faults promptly.
Adhere to health, safety and quality procedures throughout the contract.

Required profile

JIB‑approved electrician.
Holder of an ECS Gold Card.
CCNSG, SSSTS, SMSTS or CSCS certification.
Industrial experience preferred.

Required skills

Electrical installation.
Electrical maintenance.
Electrical troubleshooting.

What we offer

Fixed‑term 4‑week contract.
Base rate £21.19 per hour, OT1 £31.79, OT2 £42.38.
40‑hour work week with overtime opportunities.
On‑site work at AWE Aldermaston.
