About the role
We are looking for a high‑performing Inside Sales Representative to sell LoftyWorks’ property‑management SaaS suite to US‑based real‑estate agents. Based in the UK, you will work on US time zones, focusing on the East Coast, and will be a key driver of our growth in the North American market.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle – prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation and close.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of US‑based prospects.
- Drive outbound activity via phone and email to engage decision‑makers.
- Deliver tailored, value‑led demos that address customer challenges.
- Adapt messaging and approach to resonate with US buyers.
- Use data and insights to prioritise high‑value accounts.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting and activity tracking in the CRM.
- Partner with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
- Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Required profile
- 2+ years of SaaS sales experience in a full‑cycle or closing role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Confident delivering demos and handling objections.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage US‑based buyers.
- Self‑motivated, disciplined and data‑driven.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, results‑focused environment.

What we offer
- Competitive salary of £40k–£45k plus a 60/40 OTE split.
- Full‑time role aligned to US East Coast hours (1:00 pm – 9:30 pm UK time).
