Insolvency Practitioner – Flexible Hybrid/Remote Options

About the role

We are seeking a licensed JIEB Insolvency Practitioner to join our network of clients across the UK. The position offers flexible working arrangements – part‑time or full‑time, hybrid, remote or office‑based – and the chance to work with independent practitioners or large insolvency and recovery groups.

Key responsibilities

• Manage corporate and personal insolvency cases from initiation to resolution.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain technical accuracy.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including creditors, courts and clients.
• Lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Provide strategic advice and commercial insight to support business recovery.

Required profile

• JIEB‑qualified Insolvency Practitioner with proven experience in corporate and/or personal insolvency.
• Demonstrated commercial awareness and professional credibility.
• Track record of winning work and delivering successful outcomes.
• Ability to work independently while also thriving as a team player and leader.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
