Insurance Database Builder / Cleanser

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised Insurance Database Builder / Cleanser to support our commercial insurance brokerage. Working closely with the Commercial Director, you will manage and enrich our CRM database to drive business development, lead generation and targeted marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain and regularly update prospect records in the CRM system.
• Research companies that match our target client profile and capture decision‑maker details.
• Make outbound calls to verify information, identify key contacts and collect renewal dates.
• Cleanse data by removing duplicates, correcting inaccuracies and ensuring GDPR compliance.
• Segment data for marketing campaigns and produce targeted prospect lists and reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in database administration, CRM management, lead generation or data cleansing.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking confidently with business contacts.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Effective internet research techniques.
