Integration Project Coordinator

About the role

InfoTrack UK is seeking an Integration Project Coordinator to lead client‑specific software integration projects from planning through adoption. You will work closely with law firms using the Perfect Portal platform, ensuring smooth implementation and maximum value for end users.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of CMS integration projects, from initial planning to delivery and adoption.
• Train end users on the integration, creating confidence and effective usage.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to meet and exceed integration targets.
• Support clients in fully utilising the integration and identify opportunities for increased adoption.
• Create and update user guides whenever software enhancements are released.
• Investigate and resolve integration‑related support queries.
• Maintain accurate reporting on the integration pipeline and project progress.
• Work with the Development team to improve client solutions and the broader integration offering.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project coordination, project management, software implementation or software training.
• Background working with integrated software systems or within a connected software ecosystem.
• Track record of delivering results and managing work through to completion.
• Excellent communication skills for client training and regular project updates.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Meticulous, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
