Interim Group Finance Manager – Luxury Consumer Brand

About the role

Harmonic Group Ltd is partnering with a globally recognised luxury consumer brand to find an Interim Group Finance Manager on a six‑month contract. The business is rapidly expanding across wholesale and e‑commerce channels and is building a professional group finance function to support new international entities and a busy year‑end audit cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the central finance contact for recently established overseas entities, coordinating external bookkeeping, payroll and tax providers with internal finance, tax and payroll teams.
• Develop and document controls, workflows and reporting templates for these entities to enable smooth hand‑over to permanent teams.
• Enhance the group month‑end timetable and consolidation process, ensuring consistency and reliability.
• Create comprehensive group balance‑sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules for senior leadership.
• Support the FY2025 audit and assist in onboarding new external auditors for FY2026.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing finance for international or multi‑entity organisations.
• Strong background in month‑end closing, consolidation and audit support.
• Ability to work hands‑on in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
