Internal Communications Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Internal Communications Executive to join our Marketing and Business Development team in London. The role will support the delivery of internal communications projects, ensuring consistent messaging across the firm’s intranet, newsletters and corporate channels.

Key responsibilities

• Write, edit and publish international and London‑specific news for the intranet and internal newsletters.
• Manage the internal content calendar and publishing processes, aligning internal and external messaging.
• Support Business Services teams such as D&I, ESG, HR and IT with engaging content and streamlined communication.
• Maintain the firm’s intranet homepage and marketing intranet pages.
• Measure and report on the performance of internal communications campaigns.
• Act as a brand ambassador, advising colleagues on tone of voice and best practices.
• Assist with a variety of corporate communication materials and projects as required.

• Strong attention to detail and a ‘can‑do’ attitude.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Methodical, process‑driven and comfortable with structured workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of diverse cultures and the ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Engage and Excel.
• Basic knowledge of HTML (useful but not mandatory).
• Experience in a professional services environment is desirable.
