Internal Sales Executive – Fire Door Solutions

About the role

The Internal Sales Executive will work from our Ferndown office supporting a specialist supplier and installer of fire door products. This commercially‑focused, office‑based role converts inbound enquiries, develops existing client accounts and drives recurring service and installation revenue across the residential care, social housing and retirement living sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and respond to inbound enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Call and develop current lists of generated leads, qualifying opportunities and identifying suitable installation or service solutions.
• Prepare, issue and proactively follow up quotations to maximise conversion rates.
• Maintain a portfolio of existing customers, promoting annual servicing and maintenance plans.
• Re‑engage previous installation clients to secure repeat business and identify cross‑sell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track the sales pipeline, monitoring quotation performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven B2B internal sales or account‑management experience.
• Confident, professional and consultative approach to client interactions.
• Organised with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

What we offer

• Competitive salary £28,000‑£32,000 DOE.
• Full‑time permanent contract, Monday‑Friday 8:30 am‑5:00 pm.
