International Healthcare Products & Services Analyst

About the role

Wellington Management is seeking an experienced Equity Analyst to join its Global Healthcare team in London. The analyst will focus on international (non‑US) healthcare product and service companies, covering providers, technology, equipment, medical devices, biopharma services and life‑science tools across developed and emerging markets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct fundamental, bottom‑up research on international healthcare stocks.
• Identify mispricing, valuation discrepancies and emerging trends.
• Develop and present investment recommendations to global Portfolio Managers.
• Integrate ESG considerations into analysis.
• Communicate research findings clearly and support long‑only and hedge‑fund portfolios.
• Gradually assume portfolio‑management responsibilities for sub‑sectors.

Required profile

• Passion for markets with a proven record of successful stock picks.
• Strong investment philosophy and analytical framework.
• Ability to ask innovative questions, anticipate trends and assess risks.
• Willingness to engage with Portfolio Managers worldwide.
