International Logistics Coordinator (Spanish & English)

About the role

We are looking for an International Logistics Coordinator fluent in Spanish and English to support the UK operations of a leading Latin American chocolate manufacturer. The role is primarily home‑based, with regular travel to distribution centres in Hull and London and occasional visits to suppliers and customers across the UK and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels, movements and stock accuracy; manage reporting, stock rotation and ageing.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and inventory adjustments.
• Coordinate transportation requirements, work with third‑party logistics providers and monitor KPIs such as OTIF, service levels and transport costs.
• Build and maintain relationships with logistics partners, review expenditure and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Liaise between Commercial, Supply Chain and Logistics functions, handling operational queries and service issues.
• Support ERP and inventory management processes and ensure contract compliance.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems for inventory and logistics management.
