International Mortgage Adviser – London

About the role

Pure Resourcing Limited is seeking an experienced International Mortgage Adviser to support UK and overseas clients financing residential property across Europe. The position is based in London and involves regular travel to European markets.

Key responsibilities

• Advise high‑net‑worth individuals and international investors on residential and structured property finance solutions.
• Structure, place and manage mortgage solutions with European lenders.
• Build and maintain relationships with introducers, private banks and lenders across key European markets.
• Collaborate with internal property teams to generate and convert referrals.
• Travel 3–5 days per month to meet clients, partners and lenders in Europe.
• Ensure all advice and transactions comply with UK and EU regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a mortgage adviser within a European market.
• Proven track record of generating business and meeting sales targets.
• Fluent in English and at least one European language (French, Spanish or Portuguese preferred).
• Strong understanding of European mortgage markets and regulations.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Europe.
