International Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an International Trainer to lead the education programme for a prestigious luxury skincare brand. Based in London, you will work closely with the Global Head of Aesthetics to inspire and up‑skill therapists across the brand’s worldwide spa network.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the global spa training strategy aligned with business initiatives.
• Design and deliver training programmes for internal teams and external spa partners in the UK and internationally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with spa networks worldwide.
• Motivate therapists to improve treatment effectiveness and drive sales.
• Communicate product ingredients, formulations and benefits in an engaging manner.
• Distribute new training content promptly to all spa locations.
• Collaborate with the Global Head of Aesthetics on training schedules linked to product launches and spa priorities.
• Support special events, activations and PR activities with pre‑event and on‑site training.

Required profile

• Polished, confident skincare professional with proven spa experience as an aesthetician.
• Minimum NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in face and body treatments.
• Excellent communication skills, able to present to small teams or large international audiences.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and comfortable with frequent international travel.
• Passion for education and ability to inspire therapists.
